Really good stay
large bed rainfall shower evening cookies
I stayed in a king room. The bed was very comfortable and large. The bathroom included two sinks and a rainfall shower. I REALLY appreciated the complimentary cookies in the evening. The staff brought them directly to the room, a thoughtful touch.
The ice machine on my floor was temporarily out of service. I had to go to another floor.

The staff were attentive and polite. They addressed every request quickly. Check-in was efficient. It took less than five minutes. The concierge provided useful recommendations for local restaurants, very helpful.

Breakfast offered a selection of pastries, fruit, and hot dishes. I appreciated the option to order room service, available 24 hours. The hotel bar had a wide range of cocktails and a SOMMELIER.

The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There was a business center. It offered computers and printing services. The lounge featured a fireplace and comfortable seating. It was very relaxing.

helpful staff backgammon game secret garden pretty view
the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. i loved playing backgammon in the lounge. the view of the secret garden was so pretty! i really enjoyed the hotel.

superb stay
quick check-in professional staff great service
i enjoyed my visit. every staff member acted professional. check-in was quick. the staff were warm. it. i would stay here again and i recommend this hotel to anyone wanting comfort and great service.
the bathroom door squeaked. it was minor but noticeable.
